This weekend we went to Morgan Falls Overlook Park in Sandy Springs. Matt took lots of great pictures.
The park sits right on the banks of the water. We picked a day when it was absolutely freezing, but I can tell this is going to be a favorite family park in the spring. It was beautiful.
We brought Dolce along, because the old boy doesn’t get out much anymore. He ran and played like he was a puppy again. This made me happy to see, because he’s aging.
We took some self family portraits (holding the camera as far as we could away and hoping everyones face was showing) and even played with the tripod and timer a bit. These kinds of pictures will make up my maternity pictures instead of the ones I wrote about in my previous post. I want to look back and say “Hey, remember that time in January when we went to that park and rolled around on the picnic blanket and laughed so much?”
It was a perfect day.
We’re blessed to have so many really good days to look back on. I can’t wait to share them with Baby Bump.
